Title: Solution Consultant (UK)
Total Comp: $150k-$225k (inc. OTE) based on experience

Our Solution Consultants play a pivotal role in understanding our clients’ unique needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Act as a primary liaison between our sales team and prospective clients, conducting in-depth discovery sessions to comprehend their challenges, goals, and requirements and process design workshops to capture existing and future states to enable successful transformation. Be a trusted advisor to the prospect – Provide technical expertise, competitive differentiation, and strategic advice throughout the sales process.
- Solution Development: Utilize expertise in our client’s offerings to design and present customized solutions that address client pain points and add significant value to their operations while feeding back to our client’s Product teams information they gather about the Market requirements and client demands.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations in a story-telling way to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions, effectively illustrating how they can solve specific client needs.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of our client’s product suite, staying updated on new features and functionalities, and effectively communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Be a subject matter expert who can provide valuable sales insights and/or solution expertise to Account Executives, Solutions Consulting colleagues, and others. Work closely with the Account Executives, product development, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement, through solution implementation, to Go-Live.
- Documentation and Reporting: Support the development of sales collateral such as presentations, documents, and videos. Respond to functional customer RFIs/RFPs, requirements, and post-engagement reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication with clients and internal teams.
- Internal Projects and Initiatives: Participate in cross-functional projects to help increase the pace and size of sales transactions and adoption of our client’s solutions as they scale to address the market opportunity. Improve execution and address problems by taking ownership and exhibiting a bias for action with solution-oriented thinking.
- The position is based remotely, however, may require travel to prospects, customers, and a local office for team meetings, workshops, and other commitments.
Who You Are
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience supporting the sales or implementation of enterprise Software as a Service for business functions such as financial accounting, customer management, or sales automation.
- Experience with Risk, Compliance, or business spend management SaaS solutions.
- Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is a plus.
- Self-motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
- Adaptive to change and comfortable in a fast-changing technology environment.
