Job description

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and talented Sales / Account Executives to help continue the rapid growth of the business. Reporting into our Senior Vice President of Business Development and Client Success, the role will operate at the most senior levels of the organization, contribute towards establishing a more mature function, and have a hands-on role in ongoing sales & marketing activity.

The role is a senior sales role – responsible for building pipeline – from sourcing leads, understanding client requirements, demo through to closure. You can draw on the dedicated client concepts team to configure specific elements to support you in the sales process. In addition, bid management support will be available to help you with proposal development and responding to RFPs.

The role will also be responsible for future client success, owning relationships and therefore upsell opportunity to existing clients as well.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build client relationships across prospective, new and established accounts.
  • Demonstrable examples of understanding prospective client needs, articulating the solution and leading the proposal to convert the opportunity.
  • High energy and passionate about doing ‘the right thing’ by clients and achieving the best outcome.
  • Passionate in the development of relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Collaborative worker in an agile, high-performance team.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to establish a successful sales and marketing function

Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience of GRC, could be multiple sales roles with proven track record or GRC practitioner who has sold work as part of their career.
  • Experience of building sales pipelines.
  • Experience of demoing solutions and writing proposals.
  • Highly experienced in articulating how a technology solution meets a client’s needs and being able to tailor responses through solution design as part of the proposal process

  • Broad GRC knowledge and experience
